The Finance for Biodiversity (F4B) initiative was established by the MAVA foundation in October 2019 with the aim of increasing the materiality of biodiversity in global finance and has since developed a rich portfolio of work. The finance-nature nexus is evolving and expanding rapidly, as is F4B, and have three exciting opportunities to drive forward and build out our portfolio.
F4B is currently seeking an avid and adaptable Project Manager (PM) to manage the successful delivery of a dynamic and multi-faceted portfolio, working closely with the Sovereign Debt, Activating Financier Liabilities, and Catalysing Nature Markets workstreams.
The PM will strategically coordinate and manage a team of senior individuals to deliver high-quality outputs and activities to tight deadlines. The successful candidate will work across the portfolio and working knowledge of the of key areas will be important.

We are also seeking someone to join the team as a Portfolio Manager. The aim of the role is to help build out and oversee the successful delivery of F4B projects and related partnerships and outreach, whilst facilitating connections across the initiative’s broader portfolio of work.
The primary role of the chosen candidate will be to build out and deliver a portfolio of work to support the establishment of a credible nature-related data and disclosure framework and supporting infrastructure. This will involve building strategic partnerships and working with other F4B Principals to plan the research agenda and commission research to support the effective development of the framework, as well as maximising its ambition and uptake by financial institutions.
